I know how you feel OP, I pay $50 a month for this moderator account I don't want and I can't get AK to stop charging me.

But yeah, do what Red_Zed recommended above, he's familiar with the process. AK gets probably 50 messages a day on top of going to class and working. He's a bit difficult to get a hold of.
