I never did follow up regarding our family friends that had their Audi stolen from the dealership when they dropped it off overnight for service. Apparently, someone broke into the night drop box and a total of three cars were stolen. They found the Audi being slept in by homeless people a little over a week ago (I cannot confirm whether it was used as a 'homeless soup kitchen'  ). Basically it was fvcking disgusting, and the dealership is looking at putting her in a new car at no charge She's in a rental while the dealership and corporate work out everything.
