I am at the tire shop having the tires changed on the audi...

That's where I should be right now... We had a little rain yesterday and I found myself drifting unintentionally around a 270 degree curved highway onramp (from 2222 onto NB Mopac) Then I proceeded to get in an argument with the wife about new tires. Looks like I'm not getting 305s for the rear But four new tires are definitely in my near future.

Too much sidewayz was the problem. As I was coming out of the curve, I punched it a bit too hard trying to catch a gap in traffic and wound up about 60 degrees out with my rear bumper probably about a foot from the concrete barricade - not fun. Luckily, I didn't look like a complete idiot, as I straightened out and regained traction in a quick, controlled maneuver.

Thankfully, the wife was not beside me. She would have flipped. And probably instructed me to drive straight to the tire place

I'm heading to Discount Tire now to see if I can't get them to order what I need - though I still haven't decided.
