I've been super pleased with mine. The only problem is they come with no instructions. Knowing what to do with the retaining clips is probably the most asked question by people when they install them.

I get mine tomorrow! They had instructions put up on the website recently.

Just make sure you have everything in the right place before setting the bottom struts into the ball socket because they do not come out. That's why there are retaining clips just on the top set.

Another trick is to turn your front wheels for better access to the retaining bolt once you remove the locking push pin in the fender liner.

Total install time is about ten minutes tops.

I think I remember seeing an installation video they made, maybe it was just photos. I'll have to see if I can dig it up.

ms. pint is correct (as usual), they just updated their instructions on their web page. When I did mine there was no mention of the retaining clips and I couldn't figure out where they went to save my life!
