This!^^^ I had to try to blend in the edge on the front end and it didn't come out pretty.

with plastidip, you gotta take the tape off early.

Understood, but if you have to lay down four coats, and allow it to dry in between coats, some of the layers are going to adhere to the masking tape, right?

Possibly. you could try retaping it everytime

I havnt done an area which required alot of coats.

The areas i had to do were basically tape off. KEEP SPRAYING until theres alot. let it sit a bit and then pull.

Or in my final genius moment of the evening, lay down 4 layers of tape! Oooo damn.

newspaper plus painters tape = easy mode
