Nope, they caved. They settled with the Sandy Hook parents. I do realize that it will probably be cheaper settling than fighting them in court and not having a legal loss on this is better in the long run but it does set a dangerous precedent.

i didn't read about Sandy Hook yet. They settled, that's a bad move. Because everyone else will be looking for money.
