I decided to join the tubular rail craze. Quad rails are so, like, yesterday...
I pulled the DD Lite 9 I had on this SBR and installed a Noveske NSR 9. This was a rail that I ordered back in December, was just delivered (Midway) yesterday. Pretty straightforward installation, although it needs a 1 1/16 crowfoot wrench that's less than 1/2 inch wide to torque it down - turns out that isn't such an easy thing to find. The lightness of the rail and its smaller diameter make for a rifle that handles completely differently. I like it. After and before. ![]() ![]()
