Didnt see you were in Cali, that makes it much more complicated! You may be able to own a saiga in stock form since they are imported in with a traditional rifle stock and can only use their priority 10 rd mags. I am not sure if they have been submitted for testing and are on the aproved list though.

For a Saiga Conversion, I have no clue what you would need to make it California complient.

A bullet-button should be alright unless that specific model is banned by name on our ban list
