oooooooo what if you took a dremel to it or whatever those heated wires we used in tech class in high school.

you could cut the exact shape out and have a nice snug hidden spot for it.

ooooooo i need to go home andmake some plans now :bowrofl:

That foam piece goes from one side to the other 3 to 3.5 ft long, it's about 5"~6" wide, about 8" deep. 2 ways to remove it. Take all the plastic panels out of the rear. Or use a hack saw blade and cut it on the corners for clearance. Once you remove it. You have to make a cover for that area to keep the carpet from dropping in.

How about a MAC 10 in 45 ACP. It's a rock and roller! I have a shoulder holster for it too. It can carry 2, 30 round clips. Boy! Is that sucker heavy to carry like that.

Been there done that. :rofl2:

Most people don't realize how budget unfriendly autos are. If the initial cost of the weapon doesn't get ya the cost of ammo will.

Yeah, you can burn up a couple hundred runs in a short period of time. You be done shooting, and your buddies are still shooting 2 hours later. :icon14:

Why not.

The last time I went ZDAYZ I had 3 guns with me including a rifle. I hope I will never truly need a gun. It is better to have one and never need it than need one and not have one.

Edit: BTW thats an AK not an AR.

I know that’s an ak in the picture. I was referring to another reply. Sure you might need a handgun some day, having rifles is just pointless.

Not true, most trained shooters can't hit a target at 20 yards with had gun. That is why law enforcement now carry ARs. The issue with handguns is most handgun fights happen within 3 to 9 feet. Your lucky if you have time to act in those cases and if in a crowd of people and have to find an engage the perpetrator is near impossible most the time. I will stop there as I could go on.

I am not saying don't are yourself, just smart about it. Home security and traveling, you bet carry them if you got them!

What other reply? No one was specifically talking about storing an AR-15 in a 370Z. You said that.

You see no point in rifles......sounds very anti-gun.

If you truly think rifles are pointless then I'm ending the conversation here and would ask you not to hang out in this thread please.

I started shooting less than a year ago and can already hit targets consistently from 25 yards with a handgun :icon14:

LOL, that is great! The deal is just like a basketball player that practices shooting 100 free throws a day he may make 98% of them, but can he make them at game time when the game is on the line. It's a whole nother story of shooting targets versus being in a battle!

This one triggered me.:
Sen. Kevin de Leon

“This right here has the ability with a .30-caliber clip to disperse with 30 bullets within half a second. Thirty magazine clip in half a second.”

These wacko's in office trigger's me. They start talking about semi-autos. But somehow split out specs for a full auto. You know how much a full auto costs and how hard it is to get one, and what hoops you have to jump through. The avg joe gun nut can't afford to buy a full auto, and doesn't know where to buy one, and what's involved in the process. All they know is tax stamp.

Just picked up a Calico M-100 at an auction. Needs a little trigger or firing pin work.
Me and my son are having fun working on these types of projects.

Being a former cop you dont bring a knife to a gun fight. That also applies in the sense you dont bring an equal level of fire power. Bad guy as a knife, you bring a gun. Bad guy has a hand gun, you bring a rifle. Bad guy has a rifle, you better be a better shot or have more ammo/bigger mag.

Like what Hotrodz said when stress and adrenaline kick in during a fight or flight moment you can easily go from hitting a target at 25 yards to missing at 2.

Run n gun'n is a real eye opener. Especially when you get your heart rate up and your fine motor skills go out the window.
