I am doing well.... pick up a dodge avenger this morning... my Z is in the dealer til Fri.

They are having the head tech seeing the soft-top and the frame tomorrow...

And the Avanger.... mmm.... I rather call it 'Averager'………

really? I know compared to the Z it isn't totally up to par but maybe if you compare it to a Cube it would be better?!

I'm happy to report there were no off road excursions...no issues with the law....other than some consumption of stock rubber on my tires, life is GOOD.

Really...

I feel like floating on the road... not driving on the road.... I can't feel how much I steer cos the steering gives no feedback at all...

Afterall... I feel like driving a domestic... which is true....

I drove my 14 years old Audi afterward.... I feel like driving...

How much more time does it take for domestic to catch up……??

Domestics will likely NEVER catch up as their cost structures are all screwed up....they're stuck paying UAW peeps $40+/hour for assembly when they SHOULD be spending that money on better design and engineering as well as sourcing higher quality components.

Go sit in a Corvette....or Camaro...or Mustang...then sit in your Z (or Honda Civic, for that matter...we have 2 of those in the family too.)...the difference in build quality is GLARING....and only gets more noticeable if you actually drive the car.
