Yes -- also figuring out how much money comes in each day, week, month, etc., and then spending less than that amount in the same time periods helps quite a bit also.

Yes-i think somebody also mentioned highest apr too....that is also part of it....dave ramsey....check out his web page.

Budget, then Save, then Invest, then Spend...

It is... very hard to do, depends on the amount, but it is possible...

They were kind of scary at some point...

I bet you still can motor the Z for another week or two.... at least...
