I could only afford used and the dealership where I was approved never got a black 7AT during the 4 months I was looking.

So why not look at other dealers? No use settling for something that isn't what you want just by closed-sighting yourself?

:facepalm: I DID, the other dealers could not get me approved for financing. The PW was my second choice so I'm still happy with it.

Why would one dealer approve you and others wouldn't? They're all going through NMAC, which is who I'm guessing is 'dealer approving'?

Did you not try your own bank, or another bank, or a credit union?

Because others saw something on a credit report that I had to resolve by sending them more info, however they did not allow me the chance so I moved on. My dealership worked a deal on my trade in and I had a very low down. I did what I could, short story is that I eventually got my car from where I could.
