This OBVIOUSLY doesnt take into account areas like Washington DC, where if you're doing the speed limit, YOU are the hazard on the road lol...

I figure I'm about half as dangerous at 30 over the limit as that soccer mom with a cellphone in one hand and a Starbucks in the other doing the speed limit in the fast lane in an SUV with a half-flat left rear tire tire that hasn't had any brake service in 3 years. Speed limit standards are ridiculous in how they ignore circumstances.
