Every now and then, a thread pops up where someone is asking how a "new" car at the dealership has something like, 1200 miles on it ... and there we go.

No Boss. Everytine I think about a GT or Boss I can't help but think what would I do if I find a GT500 later.

It's a fraud to me because it's going to be sold as new later. It has been used as a personal vehicle if it was registered or not.

there should be a law, or something, if a car has over say 2k miles on it, its used

I honestly think a car is used if its used as a tester, for a program, a loaner, or the dealers personal car it shouldn't be able to be sold as "new".

especially those test driven one... got red lined so many times before the engine got break-in... pushed to the limit... how can it be sold as new....

At least here in Florida, if it has over either 500 or 1000 (can't remember) it has to be sold at a discount as a "demo". My buddy got his new frontier with 2800 miles on it for about $4000 less than a brand new one because of that. He paid $25,000 for it, drove it for a year and then traded it in on a new ram and got $26,000 for it lol.
