Basically what I was implying was that because of how the media influences how we live most of everyone believe the same thing, and alot of people don't know what is true and why is not just don't judge, yes alot of woman do what you are saying but then again stop finding your Gf at the club or your work. Just let it happen and you will find happiness

I don't see how the media enters into it. We're discussing promiscuity. People don't sleep around because Brian Williams or Matt Lauer tell them to. They do it because they want to get off with attractive people.

Leaving gender out of it, there's nothing wrong with that until it blurs the lines with committed relationships. Sleeping around is ok, but when there's a ring on the finger and families involved, things get complicated. If someone is willing to throw that away for you, they're probably willing to throw that away with you for someone else, but it is situational of course.

It's about personal accountability, not the media's expectations.

No I understand exactly why you are saying all I am talking about is how the media effects our decisions on what is ok and what is not ok. Believe it or not if they didn't have any movies tv shows showing people who were promiscuous and cheating it would be less the case. Alot of those techniques come from the media. Like for instance hiding that you are cheating on someone. You would have never learned if it wasn't for your friends that watched this show that saw this technique worked so you tried it. Mainly in your teenage years this happened you just don't realize how much the media has effected our decisions in life it's like religion. You go to church and pay money for dues so you don't go to hell, but in the matter is that you are just promoting its ok to give the church money for something you will never know will happen or not unless you are dead.

It's an observation now back into topic, Alot of people cheat, alot of people want to get back at the other for cheating so they cheat, it's a continuous cycle and mostly just find a girl that is at your maturity level and everything should be fine treat her good and if she does something try not to carry that into your next relationship. Same thing goes with a girl.

Relatioships in todays world are on a one day at a time basis for either sex. Live each day like it's your last. Very few people want to sleep with the same person, put up with all the trials and tribulations of a meaningfull relationship "til death do us part" . Even if you leave your no longer attractive, (to you) partner for the sexy neighbor, she to will lose the magic, or you will, sooner or later. I have seen friends who treated their signifacent other like they where royality and the relationship took a nose dive, the thrill of the chase was gone. I have other friends who treat their partners like they where expendable and only their to fullfill their needs and the door was always open and don't let it hit you in the (butt) on the way out. Those are the people with the longest and for what ever reason, the happiest. Go Figure!
