I always search the site for info to fix my own problems prior to going to the dealer. I was told when I had a window malfunction that the forum didn't know what they were talking about when it cale to resetting the power windows. After they repaired the bad switch and motor, I have never had a problem resetting the windows again following the same directions to do the reset. It's so hard to find a reputable dealer with good customer support and service. __________________ 370ZilverZ Journal BMW Z4
