Well thats about 1/3 lb of fish and 1 1/2 cups of the side dish....so yes it's a proper portion, but no worries because I destroyed that effort by going back for more!

Made a couple of NY Strips tonight that were so thick they had to be seared in the sides as well. This along with a mushroom/onion sauce, baked potatoes and fresh corn on the cob!

This is the very early stages of the sauce's development.

Had jerk mahi tacos for lunch yesterday.

Tonight we had marinated chicken breast kebabs with corn on the cob and a salad with (amongst other things) sweet peppers and sunflower seeds.
