Seems like Carbon Signal is one of those vendors that are almost bipolar with their customer service. They're really good for some people and really bad for others and who knows why. Evo-R is also like that. I had a really good experience with Evo-R when I ordered my front lip, but a lot of people have had terrible experiences with them.

I completely agree.. funny you say bipolar because I swear I would get one PM and be like okay i can work with that, then another and it seemed like it was coming from a totally different person!

That's the best way to describe it from all the reviews I've read. I haven't personally ordered anything from Carbon Signal, but AJ@CarbonSignal used to hang out a lot in the useless thread last year and he seemed pretty cool.

I guess every shop/business has there good and bad moments. There's a local tint shop here that everyone recommended to me. I went there and they tried to hold me and my car there hostage because they started working on my car without me telling them to. I just came in for a price and after I found out that it was too high, I saw they were already starting to put it on. They demanded money for the material they had already used and refused to give me my keys back.
