Ok we make them into fuel, will the virus or whatever gave the zombies new life die the the process of making them into fuel? Or will it become airbone when expelled through exhaust thus infecting everyone left?

We will figure that out upon further research. We would have to figure out a way to kill the virus in the fuel conversion process.

All viruses "die" before reaching 220 degrees. Should be no worries.
