I would never say I don't drive above the limit, sometimes with traffic a good bit above (on freeways) but 30 years, no ticket, and I dont think you'd get

I would never say I don't drive above the limit, sometimes with traffic a good bit above (on freeways) but 30 years, no ticket, and I dont think you'd get a ticket if you were carrying someone to the ER - otherwise, you had your chances and you're just a slow learner.
