I use a Plantronics Gamecon headset that I like. It is inexpensive... anywhere from $35 online to $45 in stores if you can find it. I have always felt they had good stuff for the money. One of these days I am going to spend the $$$ for a wireless high quality headset. |
I like my razor 5.1 headset.
That new 7.1 looks mean. I need to play soon! |
I have a Plantronics Gamecon also.

Your video drivers and sound drivers may need to be upgraded as MightyBobo pointed out. I did have to get the latest driver for my video card.

So I definitely found my calling in BF3: Driving tanks. I just went 42-9 on Caspian with the Abrams. The few times I was killed were when I was on foot. Good fun in that tank! I managed to take two T-90s out in a 2-on-1 battle. I kept moving and they didn't.

That's interesting. I am running onboard sound and I have a Gigabyte P55-USB3 and it runs fine.
