No kidding. Man the first 3d card I bought was a voodoo. LMAO...old school I still remember most of the specs of that pc. Played Half life Like a champ.
166mhz pentium.
with like 16mb of ram.
with my voodoo 3. sweet sweet rig at the time.

The Voodoo 3 was awesome. I remember being at Best Buy (I think?) with my dad trying to figure out whether it was worth it to get the 16mb card or the 32mb one. :bowrofl:

Lmao yea! "32mb, man that's too much, you don't need that much power" hell. anything more than 166mhz was overkill then too.

Christ, I had a Canopus Pure 3D Voodoo1 card. It was THE card to get, because normal Voodoo1's had 4 megs of video memory, but the Canopus one had 6 (six) megs!!1!!1!1

Made playing Jane's Longbow 2 amazing :)

Btw, that was seriously an amazing game for its time...

Longbow was awesome especially when you hooked up with a friend and flew missions together.

I'm one of those guys who likes to annoy with either the tank (my favorite vehicle) or the AA. I'm enjoying the AA in BF3. You have to place it right and be patient with good pilots that know how to avoid the missiles.

I've got decent tank craft but I stink at AA, and I have been reluctant to try because I know it could be used better by someone with more experience. If I used it the team would probably get raped by helos and jets. :rofl2:

Haha seriously. I'm gonna pick one up on cybermonday. What headset do you guys reccomend?
And if we can get 3 of us at least in tanks (one of the big maps), we would run the whole map if we stuck together. I've been wanting to try that for awhile.
Oh and mightybobo (btw what's your actual name? Lol) we gotta do that again until you get the tv missiles for chopper gunner.
