It's not an AMD issue, it's a EA/Dice issue that they need to fix. Crossfire works flawlessly in everything else.

After blowing about $700 to upgrade for bf3... and not having it work... i have given up until a future patch.

I am playing the Tribes:Ascend beta now.

didn't you get a new sound card? it should work..

me and two friends completely dominating every game we play :happydance: shows how important a good squad is

I have a new sound card, yes, but the game crashes randomly with crossfire enabled and has just been giving me all sorts of performance issues. It still even hard lockups from time to time, which supposedly is another issue with punkbuster. I've given up for now.

I had a 4.0 W/L ratio for a pretty good time. Totally plummeted now though that my friends have moved on. :/

Not to brag or anything Steve, but Ive gone 2 full days without any crash, kick, freeze, or anything abnormal. Sorry the upgrades didnt work out for ya :-/

I'm honestly thinking 1) bad ram and 2) CPU bottleneck.

I am thinking about just doing a new board, cpu, and ram... AMD board and CPU...

yeah the game pretty much sucks without a couple of your friends in your squad. I had about an 6.0W/L ratio for a while. But then started soloing some games and its about 3.5 now. But my friend's crazy he has 934 score/min. I only average 486 score/min :icon14:
