I will play the opposite, Netflix even with both plans (which I will be keeping) is still the best deal on the market for movie/TV shows. No cable, online provider, etc. has matched what Netflix offers currently. Will it stay this way forever? Probably not, but until then Netflix is still winning even with all the people leaving.
Also, this is in the end most not entirely Netflix's doing. The movie studios all have contracts up for renewal this year and have been demanding massive increases from Netflix to continue streaming/DVD service.
