i refinanced the Z today to 3.3% from us bank! i was at 5.99 with usaa. stoked.

My grandmother does something similar but doesnt get paid....she looks out the window during dinner and says: "Oh, look it's sunny out" or "It's raining"....she also likes to repeat to us exactly what was just said by the anchor on tv as if she is telling us something we've never heard before. Gotta love it! :p

we watched obsessed last night per your recommendation. it was about a hoarder, it was crazy how much crap he had stuffed in every nook and cranny in his house!
