NYPD starts off almost 10 grand less than every other large City I was looking at, at least that was true ... 2-ish years ago.

$41,000 isnt lower than alot of major cities. Look at ones like Baltimore, Atlanta, Dallas, New Orleans......

The place I live in would be a 3 mil dollar apartment in Manhattan.

The total house would be 6-7mil

Holy hell. Our city has 14K employees TOTAL. Probably a couple thousand cops; and Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the country.
