Never liked or used those spy bot programs IMO not worth the space they take up.

i just use a standard virus protection and I have never had issues with mine at home.

They are all spy ware and stuff that will actually slow down your computer. And than make it seem like it got faster. DO NOT USE THEM

that's what I thought, but I figured I'd ask. I keep my computer fast by getting rid of all the useless BS and putting everything else on my external. seems to work best.

I ususally have to bribe my computer that Rreign will never have his back as an avi again, and it runs like lightning... It prefer's not to load that image.
