Where are you again, Shrevport?
I will be there in a few hours. |

It's four hours from Houston. Follow 59 North until you hit 79. Follow that to I-20 & you're in S'Port. I'll have them ready for you. |
Oh, I have been a couple of times, four hours you say...people say Houston to Austin is 2.5 and I do that in under 2. Wonder if I can do 3 hours from Houston. ;)
|
Probably. I made it to my friend's house south of Clearlake in four hours from my apartment doing five over everywhere.
What part of Houston do you live in? |
Northwest part of Houston, 290 & HWY 6 area.

Easier way, hop on the beltway to 59, up 59 to whatever it is I take, I forget now.
45 to 242 would be quick if I was closer to 45, but I am more west northwest than east northwest. |
wheww made it home.... such terrible traffic on 59 today :ugh:
|
You want to talk about terrible traffic, I spent 1.5 hours in traffic today. WHAT THE F*CK!!!!
To get from I-10 & Eldridge to UH main campus, I use to do that in 30 minutes on a rough day last semester. I do not know what is wrong with people this new year. Oh, so I jump onto Spur 5 (road on one side of campus that connects me to 45). Three lane road, I am in the middle lane, guy jumps over from the left to the middle lane (old Toyota Corrola) so I go left lane and proceed to pass him. He starts quickly moving back over, no blinker, did not look and I just WOT it to pass him by. He lays on his horn for like 5 seconds...Really, you are made at me? |

I'm staying at this hotel. Seattle Hotels - The Edgewater, Downtown Seattle Hotel in Washington, WA Apparently The Beatles would stay there when in town. It came highly recommended by a friend. |
If I could live anywhere, seattle would probably be in the top 5

I couldn't live there permanently. Like Blue said.. too much rain and I don't particularly enjoy riding in the rain. I do it, but I don't enjoy it. I'd still like to visit though.

WOW, the pictures look amazing from that hotel site! Now I might have to move it up my list of places to visit.. ahhaha.
I did hear that Seattle had the highest suicide rate due to all it's rain. |

I don't think I've visited enough cities in the US to pick 5 favorites but I know so far, San Francisco would be number 1.
Sounds good Cow. Take some pics, I know I wanna see. |

Miami Los Angeles San Diego New Orleans Then either Atlanta or Baltimore. |

I'd live in Bordeaux or Paris or Marseilles over probably any US city in a heartbeat, though. |
