255/30/20 & 305/25/20 - 0.9 smaller diameter than OEM specs but easy to find tires for this setup

or

255/35/20 & 305/30/20 - bang on with OEM specs but only one tire model available for this setup

So I watched the new First Look: Nissan 370z video with the CA guy he doesn't know what he's talking about but luckily he got to test drive the nismo.

Any more word on the performance? (Specs)
