Now I know not everybody enjoys exercising, and that exercising isn't for everyone! I fell into the world of fitness 3 years ago and decided to get my ACE training certificate last year for the heck of it. Now for you fellow fitness fanatics..I wanna know..what do you guys listen to during/before you workout to help push you to that next level!? I usually put on some old school rock (metallica, acdc, guns n roses) or toss in current rock like Disturbed, SlipKnot, PowerMan 5000 etc.) on OCCASION I will throw on some faster Rap.
