kenchan A True Z Fanatic Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: N/A Posts: 76,801 Drives: N/A Rep Power: 141522	phalen- yah, hope they can recoop that 25% from the powergrid in the west. they seem to have ample power there but the a/c frequency is different or something and needs a converter (which they dont seem to have). im not very familiar with their powergrid but part of japan runs at 50Hz, the other at 60Hz. commercial equipment are only compatible to one of the two frequencies... or something. which is kinda silly.
