Pregnant wife with twins is acting strange

Sorry dude, but suck it up! She'll get used to it a little better and should be able to deal with it more and towards the end it will get even worse...

It sounds a little hinky to me. It sounds like more than just hormones. Don't try to guess what's going on, ask her. I don't believe I would accept a "nothing's wrong" answer. At the minimum, just let her know that you are there and available for her. Don't be selfish because she is bearing a whole lot more discomfort than you are.
And yes, you can handle this for seven more months if you have to. She is carrying your two children and deserves all of your help.
