Winter P90X
Anyone doing this workout? Have you done it in the past? Results?
I did it last year, but only for three weeks and felt better than I had in my whole [short] life. I started day one again today and feel accomplished. For those who don't know, it's a 90-day workout program with videos. Except people I know who have done this RAVE about it. Even my 3 weeks turned me into a believer. Theres a nutrition program and its tough if you like to eat a lot of carbs, the workouts last from 60 to 90 minutes every day with one rest day per week. It's quite a commitment. So, thoughts?
