Who's in the Military?

Part time for life! (Not really as a Platoon Sergeant) 00-current. Served in OEF 11 and here again in 12 & 13 as a contractor. Then I go back to wearing boots...

Germany is cool. Did workup training in Bad Arolsen near Wolfhagen and Kassel. Loved it.

For those that didn't already know, I'm an active duty Army Captain working with the recruiters here in Fargo, ND. I commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in May 2008. I am a human resources officer by trade, but was in an Infantry Unit the first 3 years of my career. That was the WORST ceremonial hazing I have ever undergone in my life....

.....but I GREATLY pride myself on surviving, and look to complete 22 years just like my father did (now that I am no longer a small-fry, newbie, know-nothing officer). I love the service because I see how people respond to (and appreciate) fixing problems.

You must have made your recruiting mission for the year if your happy. Lol...just messing with you, I left recruiting not too long ago.

Active Duty Air Force Staff Sergeant. Stationed at Pope AAF/Fort Bragg for 8 years. For some reason I can not get out of here. I am a 2T2 Air Transportation. I load/unload Cargo/Passengers. I have deployed 3 times, 2 to Iraq and once to Afghanistan. My last deployment I got back in September was when I did all the research to purchase my Nismo!

DoD wide PCS moves are down due to budget constraints. Don't be surprised if you get unaccompanied orders to Osan and then get returned to Pope. Shoot they're already proposing cutting our pay.
