Don't worry, the worst has passed. It'll only get better from this point on. Unless you get a dry socket, but I don't think you have much to worry about if you follow their instructions.

Good move on going ahead and getting all 4 removed at the same time.

ah.. thanks. I don't feel like I'm the only one. Yes, 4 at once was a good idea. I def can't see myself going through this again. I'm going to follow the instructions as much as I can.

Quick question, should I brush my teeth tonight?
