However your comment on the speeding aspect of the article ; here in Ontario in a 100KM zone (which is highway/interstate speed to us) the flow of traffic no matter what day or time of day is always at least 120km. The police set to catch them just as they crossed the transition between speed limit change, which was the **** move on their part.
