My weekend in Savannah, GA

went with some photography friends to Savannah this past weekend. despite the rain and general doom-and-gloom atmosphere, i got a couple shots that i liked, i've broken them up into three albums...

then went for a ride around town with Keller from the GTR club, stopped a couple places for some shots... (those are High Metal Bronze colored Volk RE30's for those who want to know such things)

sunday i went with a friend to help with a model shoot. i snapped a couple pics on my own which i will discount by saying that i am in no way a model photographer. i seriously lack the skin smoothing skills but i liked a few that i got. my pics don't do her justice either, she is quite pretty

Nice! Savannah is an interesting city... used to go there a lot when I lived in SC.

I was stationed in Hunter Army Airfield back in the days and went to downtown and river side a lot. Nice place, love St Patricks Day. They can party down there.

My folks used to live on Skidaway Island in Savannah, love that town.

Those pics are nice, rainy/cloudy days FTW look at the colors pop y0

It would be nice if we could have a photography forum, I am starting to get into the hobby a lot more.

yea i kinda wish there was a sub section in OT for photography related stuff. most car forums i'm on have one because people get nice new cars, then get a camera to take pics of it and end up going to take pics of other things too... that's what happened with me sort of... (too many) hundreds, and thousands in some cases, of dollars later i find myself thinking "and i just wanted to take some pics of my truck..."
