One cop tells him to keep his modified car on the track only after he has repeatedly stated it is stock. One assumes he is under 20 years old becuase he drives a "ricer." Bottom Line: A very small percentage of officers do the job because they want to help citizens by upholding the law. Most are those who want a decent paying job requiring minimal post high school education. As such most are a**holes with a chip on their shoulder.

A ton of people are going to hate on me for saying that but it's what I believe to be true. Let the flaming begin.
