rumor is the car will have 525-535 hp so maybe a 40-50 hp bump.. supposed to have the refreshed front end. (double canard areas weve seen on test cars im guessing aswell as NACA ducts on the rear sideskirts) maybe different headlights (could be different shape or just changes inside the housing) and supposed to have more options.. that could mean different interior options or color options and im hoping it offers a new wheel design..

details are VERY sketchy right now but it could be shown as early as august and onsale in the winter.. this is the reason only 315 2011's are coming to the US... because they are doing a early launch of a 2012

the reasoning behind this seems to be keeping up with the latest refresh of the 997. this car now does 0-60 in like 3 seconds flat.. the GTR still was tested better that it in a few recent head to head track tests but straightline acceleration it cant keep up so the new version of the R35 is looking to up the ante again

funny how nissan wants to beat the crap out of porche, but yet THEY are the only ones that can do it and its sad that they will void your warranty if you even fart in it.... Why advertise that it can beat a porche, yet restrict the owner from having fun ....oh well if I could afford one, I would tell them to shove that warranty up their . Love the car, hate the people who came up with the warranty...

Nissan has been very good lately about warranty a friend on NAGTROC just received a new transmission and his car was modded and he had tracked it..

porsche now keeps track of how many times and for how long the car was redlined and uses it to determine abuse in warranty claims

many cars have similar warranty exemptions the GTRs were just made very public and they got some bad PR due to some missteps at the initial launch of the car in 08

Gald to hear that they are slacking a little, its such a great car and would suck for some that track it to have no warranty. Now all I need to do is win the lottery

i think it will be officially announced at or right before the paris auto show in october nissan is going back to the Ring in october to try to break the 7:26 record with this new car... so the paris autoshow is around that time..... i would expect japan to get the car immediately and the US shortly after... i would guess earliest time frame is november-dec but definately before april of 2011... so less than a year no matter whar
