well in all seriousness the 350 has been out much longer than a 370. give the 370 time to get driven by good driver and those times will be topped.

I believe there has only been one time posted faster than a 370z engine and it was a 13.1 (we have 13.2 or .3 stock with forum members), and that time posted has never been done again, next best time in the list was a 13.3/4, but this discussion is for another time/place.

I am on that forum only to view the Texas regional section so I can see what shows, meet ups, etc. are happening. Many of the guys are coming here to post about them now so I can go there less and less.

My experience with 350 owners has been pretty mixed. They are either very cool (Z enthusiasts) or total douchebags (total douchebags).

That is what's sad, many of us are true Z enthusiasts, and have owned Z cars going back many iterations, including the 350. We love all Zs, they only love the 350, and fein respect for the original 240.

name a forum that does not have a bunch of douches and ill buy that car right now just to be apart of that forum. the370z is good so far, but with time and as more and more people get 370s, the site will start to change.

Yeah, I know that! But I also know that AK and the moderators here will not stand for stuff that happens over other sites.

Same with me, I know a guy who was an 08 Roadster, really cool guy and is a sports car enthusiast another guy in a 350 was next to me at a light was so excited he looked like he just saw his favorite car in the world, giving thumbs up and waves. Then theres a guy I see on occasion at a convence store with a 350 biggest douche, he sees me pull in, gives me a tasty look, and won't look at me again. Most of my friends owns 350Z but they are not douchbags, they like my car a lot.

But the different is that we are Z enthusiasts and get along pretty well.

There are some good guys over on that board, but you do have some goons as well. The 370 trashing is pretty rampant though, I agree. Most of the trash talk comes from 07-08 owners who I guess are mad that they could have waited a year an gotten the 370. Also, I used to own an 08 350 and while it was an amazing car, it wa certainly not faster or better than the 370. To each their own though.

They're just jealous because the 350 looks too long. It's out of proportion and all wrong looking. And that back end flattening out towards the back instead of a continuous slope. Yuck. Dated.
