Somehow I have a touch of a cold. Sinses are draining. Ugg. Crazy weather got me. It was hot on Friday with rain and now it has gotten cold again. No fun.

i woke up with a runny nose this morning.

I worked with a guy who used to get the gout. Said that cherry juice helped a lot.

yea, that is what I have been finding out, will have to give a try.
thou have not has a gout attack in a while and this is the worst one I had in my life.
makes me wonder what is changing in my body...
