I didn’t know about the Tilton CMC option that Rusty mentioned. I wonder if it came out after I moved on from the 370z Nismo. Did you ask ZSpeed folks what they recommended, I don’t think you’ll have any issues with a new OEM CMC, especially if you’re not hard core tracking the car. Most folks only seem to have issues with the CMC if they don’t replace it when they do the CSC and it got contaminated fluid or whatnot in it.

This cold snap is kinda cool, but my god, it’s making all my joints scream. I’m ready for 70s during the day and 50-60s at night the way it’s supposed to be down here this time of year-perfect Christmas weather.

Have to get the SexuallyTransmittedInfection into the shop this week for its 30 month maintenace, swap on the winter setup and get the inspection done. Pain.

After further research and also speaking with George, I am seeing that the OEM CMC doesn't have any issues.

My vision for my Z is to keep her as stock as possible with super low miles and never getting rid of her.

Though I am no longer practicing as a mortgage loan originator/broker, I am still keeping my licenses active. Once the housing supply makes a come back within the next 10 years, I will get back in the game.

I went to renew my licenses for 35 states and got a notification that my fingerprints expired and have to re-submit them, and have to do this every 3 years. I don't understand. Fingerprints don't change and yet I have to submit them every 3 years as part the background check
