"They didn't. They wouldn't. And in the meantime, there's nothing under the law other than they have to use the money for what it was appropriated. I can't stop that."

When asked by a reporter if he believes a border wall works, Biden said "no."

So why does he have a wall around his house that the US Taxpayers paid for?

Better yet, why put walls around prisons?
