That leaves the only mode of transportation by trucking. About 2 months ago the largest trucking company went out of business:

So that is going to create a massive supply chain issue of liquid natural gas which means your utility bills as well as the price of gas is going to skyrocket.

They have set us up in every way to purposely make gas prices and utility prices skyrocket, so fill all of your gas cans, buy propane ect NOW while you can still afford it.

In-law's relocated up there recently about 2 months ago and we will be following suit. I've actually gone to Atlanta/Marietta/Alpharetta area the past 5 weekends in a row to look at houses.

My house will be listed for sale soon, and this is where it pays to be a licensed realtor and mortgage loan originator at the same time (I will be representing myself for the sale and the purchase, and no games when it comes to the lending aspect). I'm actually looking forward to vetting out loan officers, and will switch lenders in a heartbeat if they use any dumb tactics.

Been looking at transfer options at work, as well as any opportunities with a different company in GA.

Between hurricanes, sink holes, 1 season of HOT@$$ weather year-round, property insurance increases and lack of options, it's time to move out of FL.

Friend just closed on a house today. Took 2 months for the closing to happened. And he was pre-approved.

It's a good feeling, esp. in today's economic environment. If someone is able to close on a home in current conditions, that means they are in good financial shape (in addition to having lots of patience on actually finding a home to close on).

McAllen is nice place, my friends took me out to experience real mexican food.:rofl2:
