True, he did admit in the comments section that he installed SOHO head studs

ARP 625 head studs will hold it for a little while. Ticking time bomb is correct. I would think a Rod exiting stage right is more in line of what will happen.

Come to find out, it's not a stock block after all. Just a stock headgasket :icon14:

It will work for a little while until the cylinders moving wear out the headgasket.

Not sure... but he's really into compression comparisons.

Seen in 9 semi's full of Tesla's. Everyone of them was black. :icon14:

Had a mini van blow it's motor right in front of me today doing about 85. Had to drive thru a cloud of smoke and bouncing parts.

Dodging gators for 2 days. :driving: Seen one blow about 6 cars ahead of me. It gave birth to a whole bunch of bouncing gators at once.

Seen a Ferrari 488 in Iowa.

Why do mini vans and Prius's do fly byes on the interstate when I'm doing 85?

I did a  face when I first read you’ve been dodging gators up there. Down here that literally means you’ve been dodging gators on the road, been there done that. :icon17:

Good luck to you man. Big shitty unexpected life changes are horribly stressful but just keep the faith, in my experience everything happens for a reason, even if in the moment it’s impossible to see it. :tiphat:

(I know that’s easier said than done)

My meaning of gators is tire chunks.

I've dodged a few of those moving telephone poles laying on the road on the highway between Miami to Tampa years ago.

Come on man... fried gator is not :yum: at all. If it were so good, there'd be tons of Gator meat themed drive-throughs all over this state. Buffalo Gator, Smoked Gator, Gator Jerky, Gator Cacciatore, London Gator, BLT & Gator, Gator n Turf, Gator n Grits.... yeah, never heard of any of that. Maybe it's fun to talk about, but it's just cooked big lizard. Not good. :barf:

:iagree: it was OK as a novelty thing when passing through the area.

Yeah, don't let them fool ya! It's not good. Kinda like how you "have" to have rocky mountain oysters if you're out in Colorado. Another ridiculous fallacy. Ummmmm, F that!

It’s easy to Fvck up cooking gator and if you do, it’s like eating a leather shoe.

But done right so it’s tender, hmm wifey and I like it a lot. There’s lots of places here that offer fried gator bites as an appetizer or if you’re in La Cajun country, my favorite, a gator po’boy, Fvck that’s good eatin.:yum:

Went out to dinner tonight. The "oysters" were on the menu. They were called "Bull Fries". :icon14:

Had a nice ribeye. :yum:

Rusty 06-23-2021 11:47 PM

We had a restaurant that served gator bites, frog legs, rattle snake bites, armadillo, "oysters", and chocolate covered ants.

The place went under.

madwi 06-24-2021 12:16 AM

Chicken noodle soup for lunch. :yum:
