Wifey says it must be fried. I don't know, I have never had any.

Fried is the only way to get it really tender. But if you don't mind the rubbery texture then you can cook a variety of ways and get excellent flavor out of any of them.

There will be some massive law suits out of that. Reports coming out that the building was sinking, and there was some visible cracks. Time will tell.

I’ve always been a bit skeptical of large high rise buildings in FL since our “bedrock”, and I use the term loosely, is porous limestone. :ugh2:

I know when they build large tall structures, they pump concrete down into the ground underneath where the foundation will go and I’m assuming also steel pylons as well, but I’m stilll a bit :ugh2: about high rises here. That’s a massive amount of weight concentrated over a small footprint IMO.

The place went under.

It was the ants, a bridge too far. :ughdance:

All that “exotic” meat is actually harder to prepare and cook right in order to be good, too difficult to consistently serve quality dishes plus one or two exotic offerings is a cool hook for customers. A menu built around them is a shtick and that gimmick will ware thin pretty quick.

That much is ok IF the entire structure settles level. I'm really curious to read the findings on that collapse

Things to do today

Call my attorney and have her get my personal property back from my employer and set her lose on the work comp claim :tup:

Waste 8 hours at that chithole and make sure the mood stays unpleasant for everyone:shakes head:

Beer :happydance::happydance:

First customer car is getting delivered tonight. Gage is coming over to wash and clay it tonight so it is dry in the AM for polishing and graphene :tup:

The Google works :excited: The website is generating traffic. Voicemail this morning to redo a chit detail job before the car goes to auction on saturday :icon14: Sounded like someone took a shampooer to it and left the floors flooded :bowrofl: Thanks for the call but I am booked until the end of the month :tiphat:

Rusty. Let me know what a rain shield will cost for the hood vent. It is monsoon season apparently and I'd like an umbrella for the heavy stuff :tiphat:

Friday ladies, beer is only 8 hours away :happydance:
