I think Newage just came out with a nice slate LVP type stuff for the garage. Looks nice. Loads of choices really. If the floor is flat, I personally would be checking out ceramic tiles.

If you want to seal the concrete easily and not spend a ton of money, check out this product available at Sherwin Williams and Lowe's. I have used it on 3 garage floors. SW will make it any color for you. Less then $40 a gallon. You only need 3/4 of a gallon for your garage. To make it nicer though, do two coats, so buy two gallons. You will thank me...

Tear it out and pour new? I'm not much help past that. There are tons of options but most look like a pain to clean or they are way to slick.
