By the same token, if I don't feel well, I don't even bother going to work. I just call the boss & let him know I'm not coming in. The biggest problem with our labor system is 'positional leaders' that threaten people with losing their job if they don't show up for work when they don't feel good. Being threatened with being fired for sick time is a huge problem. Even as someone who has taken 1 day of sick time in the last 9 years, I'm not a fan of that behavior from a company. People get sick, especially people with small disease-laden children.

Wife and I both think we had Covid19 back in December. That is when I coughed so hard I broke a rib. Did that 3 times. We were both sick for about 3 weeks. I still don't take any chances. I wear a mask and hand sanitizer is my friend. I don't want that again. It sucked.

The hospital has made new rules about staff RN or hospital personnel in general if you tested positive with no symptoms you can go to work as your not eligible foe 2 week paid leave.

Only when you get symptoms! Some smart asz high ranking personnel said if you dont have symptoms you can not infect patients! Nobody cares anymore dude!

Its all about making money!
