Good morning everyone, spent the day yesterday working on the 4Runner. Did a oil and filter change, greased ( yes there are fittings ) rotated the tires, then did a full interior clean including all the vinyl and door jams.

I was working out in the driveway under the canopy of some trees and I noticed the trees were dropping sap, no big deal I’ll just go into the village and hit the touch less car wash.... well that was out out of order so..... back to the house grab the bucket, go back to the car wash and hand wash the beast because I’m on a well at the house and the outside water is so iron and mineral rich you can’t use it on your car :shakes head: did all that in 94* degree heat with 90% humidity :eek: Slept like a rock last night :tup:

I ran that tap out to the garage after the water softener, was a good move. :tup:

The 4Runner is a 2014 w/ 62k on it while I was under it I was looking around and noticed every weld on the frame was rusted !! I’m disappointed to say the least, I had to get rid my last 4Runner a 1997 because the frame rusted and broke. Traded it to a buddy for some Custom made cabinets In the garage, he found someone ( no one wanted to ) weld it and he’s still using it as a daily :bowrofl: just had to have the other side welded a few weeks back :bowrofl:
