I went to Fontana Village I was told the property has been bought by a company named Baker Construction.

The Wood Deck starts operation this coming Monday and they plan to open up completely for business soon.

Maybe ZdayZ organizers might want to look at talking to the new management.

They need too because I won't be going to Bowling Rock. Not happening.

Carefully taking all the connections apart & getting harness up & out the way, as 122k miles doesn’t help much on the connectors :icon14:
But it’s coming along, gonna try & strap A/C compressor off to the side...as I’m not really wanting to cut gas loose to atmosphere (like EW) :stirthepot:
I’ll find out tomorrow :tiphat:

17,250 car accidents per day in the US. Figure conservatively that 25% of those involve some sort of front end impact which damages the condenser or AC lines resulting in what the EPA calls an "EW event."

That's 4,312.5 EW events per day. So venting your AC lines would, conservatively, account for 0.02% of US daily EW events resulting from car crashes. Just for perspective. :tiphat:

"Peaceful protests" today in the Chi. Never knew beating an officer repeatedly in the head with a skateboard was peaceful but I guess all these journalists have read up on "1984."

The book "1984" is becoming fact. :icon14:

Starting shooting the looters like they did back in the day. After a few dead bodies. They'll stop looting. That's what the Asian shop owners did during the Rodney King riots.

In Minneapolis, neighborhoods and individual blocks are forming armed militias and blocking off their streets because the local police have pulled back.

In Chicago, the traditionally Hispanic, Irish, and Italian neighborhoods did the same thing during the first instances of civil unrest in May.

Reminds me of reports from Detroit in the aughts. Which were alongside articles about neighborhood children being attacked and eaten by packs of wild dogs.

That was the same year as Eminem's Chrysler Superbowl ad, "Made in Detroit - America's Somalia."

From what I've been reading. When the mobs get tired of the city and start to move into the 'burbs. That's when the real chit will start. There will be body bags getting filled.

The miscellaneous list I’m seeing is growing on this project :icon14::icon14::icon14:
As when it does come back in garage; I’ll drop rear subframe, fuel tank assembly, front & rear upper/lower control arms, etc... :iagree:
this won’t take place till closer to years end :ugh2:
Can visualize this build taking a while :icon08:
But it’s ok, as I’m really not in a rush; I just want errthing right when it’s time to fire that mother up :tiphat:

Good morning guys!

Time to go back home..I was fun driving at the dragon and cherahala once again!

Felt sadness when I passed Fontana Village as it looks like Ghost town! Empty and quiet! 9 years been going at this place for Zday! I have met wonderful people at that place!
